Friedrich Nietzsche was a late 1800's German philosopher who spent a majority of his life writing about his own philosophical ideas. He is very well known for some of his ideas, his most popular statement being "God is Dead." The inspiration for this project came from Nietzsche's own philosophy. His idea of an "Übermensch", or Superman, was defined by him as a person who was able to overcome the difficulties that life threw at them.
Entering from the deck protruding from the cliff the client can then take the stairs to the main living space or go around into the private theater. The private theater contains a piano for the client to compose music in his free time. On the upper floor is a kitchen/dining room along with a Reading space in the hallway which leads to the master bedroom.
